You can make a tiny pom poms with help of fork and thick thread. First of all take a thread and wrap it on the fork as it is shown in the above picture.
After this you will a bundle shape of thread on the fork. Now you have to take out thread bundle from the fork and bind its centers tightly. After doing this cut all the edges of the thread by scissor and make them smaller and smaller. Here your pom pom is ready. Now you can use it for decoration or many other purposes.
