Learn how to make a shearling vest:-

For making shearling vest we need needle, fascinator, shearling fabric piece about 1 ½ by 2 feet which is exactly turned out to be 53 inches by 2 feet, thread of matching color with fabric and fascinator, scissor for cutting fabric, sharpie or pen and tape measure.

Procedure :-

First of all cut the shearling fabric pieces at 53 inches X 2 feet, now wrap this fabric around your back like a shawl and hold it from corner to corner.

 Now take sharpie or pen and make indication or mark by making small dots on each arm inside (white side). After that, fold fabric in half your dots should align. Now cut the marked place in a circular form according to your arm size or about 5-7 inches in diameter. Use the first arm hole for cutting second arm hole by tracing the first arm hole. Cut a half moon shape out of scrap fabric about 1 inch for making tab in the back side. Now sew half of the fascinator onto half moon fabric, after that stitch half moon fabric and centre it with each arm hole. At the back side of the vest it must be about five and a half inches from the bottom of the vest. Do like this on each side. Now your shearling vest is ready.
