Red Velvet poke cake :-
For making red velvet poke cake we need a red velvet cake mix, two boxes of cheesecake pudding and a tub of cool whip.
First of all take cake and mix it as directed on the box, pour into the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees or bake it according to the direction written on the packet.
After baking take out the cake from the oven and let coo it for few minutes approximately 5 to 10 mins. Now mix up the two cups of pudding with four cups of milk, use whisk to combine them. When the cake become cool, poke it by using handle of the wooden spoon, to make holes in the cake. The holes must be deeper to the bottom of the pan, so the pudding can soak down. Now pour in the pudding and refrigerate for about an hour for the pudding to set up. After that add red food colouring to make it pink. You can also use sprinkles and milk chocolate chips in it. This cake is so moist. Make it and enjoy it with your family and friends.

  2. Yes, you can.. But its' taste will become change after using icing instead of whip cream.
