First of all apply the primer on entire lid with a flat concealer brush or fingers. Now apply any light colored shadow on the entire lid with a flat shadow brush.
After that, apply the outer corner color and blend well. Now by using gel liner make a line on the upper and lower lash line and close you eyes tightly before it dries. You can also use liquid liner too. Now blend the gel liner for it’s smokey effect. Use highlighter color for making the inner corner of the eyes. Curl lashes. Now your soft smokey eye makeup is done. Try to do it and enjoy it.
